The panel will lead a dialogue on recent high-profile enforcement actions by data protection authorities in Europe and elsewhere – as well as court decisions reviewing those actions and interpreting the regulations – to highlight the impact these decisions may have on the conduct of cross-border discovery, disclosure, and investigations.
