Jon represents offshore liquidators, managers, limited partners and institutional investors in disputes related to hedge, private equity, venture, tax credit and real estate funds, and investment vehicles consisting of any alternative asset classes such as residential and commercial mortgage backed securities, credit default swaps, corporate trusts and collateralized debt obligations. He has extensive experience in the area of private fund disputes, representing a cross-section of the fund industry, including offshore liquidators. Jon is also extensively experienced in the area of eDiscovery and digital evidence and has represented companies in the technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and financial services sectors, providing up-to-date, cost-effective strategies. In addition, he publishes and speaks extensively. Every year since 2012, Jonathan has authored the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Massachusetts e-Discovery and Evidence, the desk reference for Massachusetts court judges. He received an A.B. from Harvard College, and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
