Boris co-chairs Norton Rose Fulbright’s US Data Protection, Privacy and Cybersecurity practice. He joined the firm in 2014, and has practiced exclusively in this area since 2007. Boris began his career as a litigator before focusing on data protection and cybersecurity. Boris advises clients on data protection, privacy and cybersecurity issues arising in the context of compliance and business strategy, technology transactions, breach preparedness and response, disputes and regulatory investigations, and legislative and regulatory strategy. He represents clients across industries, from Fortune 100 global organizations to emerging technology and new media companies. Boris is a member of Crain’s New York Business 40 under 40 class of 2015.
