Nick is a partner at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto. His practice is focused on the litigation of intellectual property matters, and he has served as lead trial and appellate counsel for numerous Fortune 500 companies, both domestic and foreign. Nick has appeared in the federal trial and appellate courts in New York and throughout the country, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He serves as Chairman of his firm’s Management Committee, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society. In addition, Nick is an Adjunct Professor at St. John’s University School of Law and past president of that school’s Alumni Association Board of Director.
