Munsch, Hardt, Kopf & Harr
Farm Credit Bank of Texas

Jessica is an attorney in the Austin office of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, where she co-leads the firm’s eDiscovery task force. In that capacity, she advises clients and other Munsch attorneys on cost-effective and defensible strategies for the preservation, collection, processing, review and production of electronic information. She also publishes an internal eDiscovery newsletter and conducts continuing legal education programs on ediscovery. Jessica has been a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) since 2012. She is also a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy Liability (WG11) and was actively involved in the production of The Sedona Conference’s first conference on cyber liability in 2013. In addition to her eDiscovery practice, Jessica maintains a general commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on construction litigation and counseling. Her representations range the gamut from lenders, owners, and general contractors; to engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. In addition to handling a wide range of construction contract disputes she also regularly drafts and negotiates construction contracts (in a variety of delivery systems) on behalf of lenders, owners, and general contractors, as well as service agreements for design professionals.
