Jason is a partner in Lieff Cabraser’s New York office, with a practice focusing on financial fraud, damages, and appeals. He is court-appointed co-lead counsel in In re VTech, No. 1:15-cv-10889 (N.D. Ill), and served the same role in In re Whirlpool Corp. Front-Loading Washer Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2001 (N.D. Ohio). Jason has a lead role representing consumers in the British Airways Fuel Surcharge Litigation pending in federal court in New York and in qui tam litigation against several large banks related to alleged mortgage fraud, and as counsel of record before numerous federal appellate courts. He serves on the board of directors for Public Justice Foundation and is vice chair of the Public Justice.
