Chuck has over 25 years of experience in the fields of computer forensics, e-discovery, cyber security and information management in both Canada and the U.S. and is currently the Director of Data Engineering and Analytics at MT>3, a division of McCarthy Tétrault LLP. In this role, he provides technical and practical advice related to information management, cybersecurity, and electronic discovery. Through the innovated use of technology, including artificial intelligence and machine learning system, he helps his clients use the best processes and technology to achieve desired results at minimum cost. Chuck has extensive experience compiling best practices for information management and e-Discovery processes, and co-authored Electronic Discovery in Canada: Best Practices and Guidelines. He also contributed several chapters to E-Discovery in Canada and has taught numerous courses on e-Discovery.
