Rachael practices both commercial litigation and labor and employment law at Taylor English, where she is a partner with experience representing corporations, boards of directors, and individuals in complex investigations and litigation matters. She regularly appears nationwide in federal and state courts, and in arbitration, and litigates matters through trial, which she greatly enjoys. The Taylor English model allows Rachael to cultivate an efficient, pragmatic legal practice that encompasses a wide range of commercial disputes. She is skilled in managing investigations and litigation matters involving large volumes of ESI. In her role as the Chair of the firm’s e-Discovery Committee, Rachael is responsible for developing and implementing an internal e-Discovery Protocol with the goal of leveraging early case assessment techniques and other best practices to maximize efficiency of identification, preservation, collection, and production of ESI and minimize associated costs.
