Karin is the national leader of BakerHostetler’s E-Discovery Advocacy and Management team, where the focus of her practice is on electronic discovery advocacy in complex and class action litigation. She and her team manage all aspects of information-related matters, from privilege and work product, preservation, protective orders, the use of advanced technology, narrowing the scope of discovery, and information governance. Karin is Chambers ranked in E-Discovery and was named among the National Law Journal’s top 50 litigation trailblazers of 2015. She is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and was co-chair of the 2016 Sedona Conference Institute.
