Candace brings over 15 years of experience in handling complex litigation matters for corporate clients, law firms and the government – both as a litigator herself and with eDiscovery consulting firms. Candace’s extensive legal background includes antitrust filings, white-collar litigation, Indian law and federal contracts litigation, and pro bono work in refugee and human rights law. Throughout her legal practice she has received hands-on experience as a litigator working on large-scale eDiscovery matters. Candace began her legal career as a federal law clerk in the Northern District of Texas. She was an associate practicing antitrust and white collar criminal law at the global law firm of Howrey LLP in Washington, DC, and later joined the Office of the Solicitor at the U.S. Department of the Interior as an attorney-advisor handling Tribal Trust and Indian Gaming litigation. Additionally, much of Candace’s legal career includes public interest and pro bono service. She served as a Public Defender for the State of New Mexico and as an attorney for Whitman-Walker Clinic’s Legal Services Program.
