Tony is the Chief Risk Officer & Special Counsel at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services & Security. As the State’s lead IT agency, the executive team is responsible for planning, development, communications and implementation of the Commonwealth’s digital transformation, including enhancing data security, safeguarding privacy and improving service delivery to the end user. Tony focuses his practice on complex disputes, antitrust, information security, data privacy and eDiscovery strategy. Tony built the Commonwealth’s first enterprise eDiscovery program which provides eDiscovery professional services to all executive branch agencies and independent government agencies in Massachusetts. In his current role he is charged with developing, refining, scaling and running the enterprise risk management and privacy programs for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and ensures their operational efficiency. On an ongoing basis he provides operational risk management for value creation and protection and serves as an internal advisor to organizational governance and leadership.
