Bridget is a partner at Lowenstein & Weatherwax and has extensive experience litigating AIA trials before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and complex patent cases in U.S. district courts. She has represented industry-leading companies in diverse technology areas, including semiconductors, computer hardware and software, business methods, and medical devices. Before joining Lowenstein & Weatherwax in 2019, she was a partner and co-chair of the Patent Office Trials practice group at Knobbe Martens. Before practicing law, Bridget worked as an engineer at Motorola Semiconductor Products (now NXP) and as a data scientist at Khimetrics (now part of SAP). She is chair of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law’s Patent System Planning Committee, co-chair of the Orange County chapter of ChIPs, and was named as one of the Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials by the PTAB Bar Association.
