Paul is a member of The Sedona Conference’s Board of Directors and several working groups. He concentrates his practice in patent and other types of intellectual property litigation, counseling, and transactions, as well as commercial litigation, eDiscovery, arbitration, and mediation. Paul practices in Procopio’s Silicon Valley, San Diego, and Scottsdale/Phoenix offices. He also has extensive experience with eDiscovery and serves as eDiscovery counsel in complex litigation and government investigations. Paul has been included in Best Lawyers in America for Patent Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, Patent Law, and Copyright Law since 2007. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law teaching Biotechnology Licensing & Litigation. Paul also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University School of Law’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. In addition to his law practice, he has a growing national arbitration and mediation practice. Paul has been a frequent speaker on intellectual property, eDiscovery, and alternative dispute resolution at numerous national legal organizations.
