  1. Working Group proceedings and drafts are not intended for publication and comments by participants in the course of the meetings should not be quoted without their individual, prior consent.
Dialogue is the foundation of our efforts; this rule is necessary to encourage candid and active participation drawing to the fullest extent possible on the wealth of available experience. Draft Working Group output is confidential and may not be shared with persons not in the working group without our prior, written permission.

  2. Working Group output may not be published except by, or with the prior, written consent of, The Sedona Conference®. Commentary, critique, and discussion referring to or concerning publicly published Working Group commentaries are, of course, encouraged by all.
The value of Working Group output can only be maintained through controlled distribution to ensure that the reputation, integrity and authority of Working Group efforts are not diminished. Commentary, critique and other discussion regarding the publicly published output are, of course, encouraged and not subject to any prior restraint.

  3. Working Group Board, Steering Committee and members agree to respect copyrights of The Sedona Conference and to maintain the confidentiality of Working Group drafts, proprietary plans, products and services of The Sedona Conference®.
