David is a partner in the Vancouver office of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group as well as the Technology and Intellectual Property practice group. He has written and spoken on a variety of topics over the years including electronic discovery. He is co-author, with Alex Cameron of the Toronto office of Fasken, of a forthcoming book, Fundamentals of Electronic Evidence and Electronic Discovery.
