Susan is founder of Wortzman Nickle, and her practise focuses on providing eDiscovery advice and litigation management support to law firms and corporations. She was formerly a partner in one of Canada's leading litigation firms, acting as counsel for corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes. Susan is a member of the Advocates' Society and has chaired and participated in professional committees that have developed provincial and national guidelines for eDiscovery, including the EDiscovery Task Force SubCommittee in Ontario. She is the Chair of the Steering Committee of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group 7, "Sedona Canada," and served on the Editorial Board of The Sedona Canada Principles. Despite a busy schedule, Susan runs daily and has completed several North American marathons.
