Greg is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, where he focuses his practice on intellectual property and client counseling matters. Greg has considerable experience in intellectual property litigation involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement; trade secret misappropriation, misappropriation of publicity rights; breach of contract; domain name disputes; antitrust and related commercial litigation. He also assists and counsels clients in the decision process in protecting, acquiring and asserting intellectual property assets and in the area of electronic document discovery and management. Greg is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on electronic discovery and Working Group 2 on protective orders and public access.
