The Hon. Diane P. Wood
US Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, Chicago, IL
Judge Wood has been on the court since 1995, and teaches at
the University of Chicago as a senior lecturer. From 1993-1995 she served
as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the DOJ's Antitrust Division,
with responsibility for international, appellate, and legal policy matters, and
from 1981-1995 she was a professor at the University of Chicago Law
School, specializing in antitrust, civil procedure, and international
economic law.
