Ed is an attorney with the office of the General Counsel of General Motors in Detroit. He has extensive experience in class action and product liability litigation, primarily involving transportation products. Ed's current work involves oversight of discovery processes and electronic discovery, as well as management of litigation support personnel. His responsibilities also include active participation in the development and global rollout of policies related to the creation, management, distribution and retention of information in all media. He is a member of the Steering Committee for The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1).
