Ed was with the office of the General Counsel of General Motors Company in Detroit for over thirty years. He has extensive experience in class action and product liability litigation, primarily involving transportation products. Ed's work at GM involved oversight of discovery processes and electronic discovery, as well as management of litigation support personnel. His responsibilities included active participation in the development and global rollout of policies related to the creation, management, distribution and retention of information in all media. He is a member of the Steering Committee for The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1).
