Peter is an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the Dallas office of the U.S. Attorney and is an adjunct instructor at Southern Methodist University where he teaches privacy law. He has written and spoken extensively on health care fraud and privacy. His legal experience includes service as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General’s Office, work in private practice at law firms in New York and Dallas, and service as a staff attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Winn was the child of missionary parents in Burma.
