Mr. Wildfang was chosen in 1993 to serve as the Special Counsel on the management of complex civil antitrust litigation by Assistant Attorney General Anne Bingaman. While at the Department of Justice, he was the lead counsel for the government in its case against Pilkington Glass Company for an international conspiracy to restrain trade and was lead counsel in the Department's investigation of the NASDAQ stock market. Mr. Wildfang left the government in 1996 his present practice concentrates on antitrust and other complex litigation.
