Brian S. Westenberg is a Senior Principal of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. and member of the firm's Product Safety Group. He is the Co-Resident Director of his firm's Troy, Michigan, office and supervises activities relating to his firm's role as National Discovery Counsel for DaimlerChrysler Corporation. Mr. Westenberg is a member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Groups on Best Practices for Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and Protective Orders, Confidentiality and Public Access (WG2).
