Mr. Weinlein leads the Carrington Coleman Intellectual Property Practice Group and has a practice that is concentrated on intellectual property, trademark, copyright, trade secret, false advertising, and unfair competition matters and cases involving high technology, computers, consumer products, publishing, entertainment, and professional services. In non-litigation matters, Mr. Weinlein assists clients with intellectual property audits and the development of strategic plans to protect a client's intellectual property portfolio. He also has extensive experience as an actor, musician, and dancer, having appeared in numerous national television shows and in Broadway theater.
