John L. Warden

Mr. Warden has an
active litigation practice covering the antitrust, banking, contract, corporate
and securities areas. He represented Goldman Sachs in the antitrust litigation
and investigations regarding the NASDAQ Stock Market and British Airways
in the antitrust case brought by Virgin Atlantic. He now represents Microsoft
in U.S. v Microsoft. In addition to civil litigation, he represented Amax in
U.S. v Amax, et al, a criminal antitrust case involving the potash industry. Mr.
Warden is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Member of
the American Law Institute.
