Paul is an experienced trial attorney specializing in the enforcement of patent, trade secret and related intellectual property rights. He has won several verdicts in trials around the country, including a $100 million fraud verdict against W.R. Grace and two back-to-back patent infringement verdicts within a span of 21 days, both of which the Federal Circuit recently affirmed. The United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois recently appointed Paul to serve on the committee responsible for drafting the Seventh Circuit Pattern Jury Instructions for patent cases.
