Mr. Treibitz is the president and co-founder of Z-Axis, and has been designing sophisticated demonstrative evidence for complex litigation for nearly 20 years. He holds a patent in the field of presentation technology for a method for controlling multiple remote display devices and is considered to be one of the leading litigation presentation strategists in the United States. He has worked on more than two hundred cases during his career, including working as Executive Producer for the United States in the Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols trials. In the intellectual property area, Mr. Treibitz has designed presentations for such cases as Honeywell v. Minolta, Fonar v. General Electric, and Exxon v. Lubrizol.
