Mr. Terazawa received his B.A. degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, Keio University in 1989 and LL.M. degree from the University of Washington School of Law, in 1999. He is admitted to practice in Japan and New York, and is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association, NY Bar Association and License Executive Society, Japan. Mr. Terazawa has been involved in a number of commercial, corporate and IP-related litigation matters, and technology transfer, licensing and other general corporate matters. He is a frequent lecturer on ecommerce and Internet law in Japan, and is a director of the Intellectual Property Law Study Group of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
