Professor Stewart served as Reporter for an ABA funded project on transnational jurisdictional issues and the Internet. Her teaching and publishing is in the areas of constitutional law and civil procedure. Prior to joining the faculty of the IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law more than 25 years ago, Professor Stewart was in private practice with the New York firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
