Ron is Vice President & Senior Counsel-Antitrust at General Electric Company and has been involved at GE in the review of a number of major acquisitions and divestitures (including the recent Honeywell transaction), in civil and criminal antitrust investigations (including the industrial diamonds matter), and in counseling a diverse range of global businesses regarding such subjects as joint ventures and licensing of intellectual property. Prior to joining GE, Ron was a partner with Arnold & Porter and Hughes Hubbard & Reed. He also served as a member of the Defense Science Board Task Force on Antitrust Aspects of Defense Industry Consolidation.
