Josh is the Chief of the Litigation I Section of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. As Chief, Josh supervises all of the Antitrust Division's investigations and enforcement actions that involve the health care sector, including investigations of health care providers and insurance companies. Prior to assuming his current position, Josh served for three years as an advisor to the Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission, advising the Chairman on a wide-range of antitrust health care matters, including enforcement actions against pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and physician networks. Before starting his government service, Josh practiced antitrust law at the Washington D.C. law firm of Dickstein Shapiro LLP.
