Glenn is one of the five founding partners of Lenczner Slaght. He appears before a wide variety of courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Canada, in a commercial insurance litigation practise primarily focused on class actions involving director and officer's liability and their insurance coverage, products liability, environmental claims and insurance coverage disputes. Glenn argued the first case before the Court of Appeal presented using electronic data and evidence, Alie v. Bertrand. He was on the Ontario Task Force for implementing the Ontario e-Discovery Guidelines and is an active member The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group 7, "Sedona Canada," serving on the Editorial Board of The Sedona Canada Principles. Glenn is the Canadian editor of The American Re's Environmental Coverage Case Law Review, listed in Lexpert and Best Lawyers in complex commercial insurance and corporate commercial litigation, and named in Chambers Global, with his firm, as the premier dispute resolution firm in Canada.
