Jim is the Chair of the Litigation Department at Gray Plant Mooty and has tried scores of cases in the state and federal courts, primarily in the business, including antitrust, and products liability areas. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and has lectured and written on the subjects of settlement negotiations, civil procedure, antitrust litigation, effective approaches to litigation, as well as ethical considerations and legal liability in the practice of law. Jim has been selected for listing in The Best Lawyers in America since its inception in 1983 and appears on the "Super Lawyers" and "Minnesota Leading Attorneys" listings, as well.
