Robert, with David Boies and Jonathan Schiller, represented Napster in the present litigation in California, as well as the Bertelsmann and Edel transactions. He also worked on the Microsoft litigation, as well as the recent Presidential Campaign litigation. Robert represents a broad range of companies in complex litigation and corporate transactions, and is involved as plaintiff's class counsel in the Vitamins and Auction Houses antitrust lawsuits. He was a Fellow of the Yale Law Faculty from 1988-1989 and also served as law clerk to Judge Jon O. Newman, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
