Max has extensive antitrust litigation and counseling experience, including the representation of a major pharmaceutical company in a large series of antitrust class actions involving charges of price fixing in the infant formula and brand name pharmaceuticals markets. He has also represented a major oil company in litigation involving a polypropelene joint venture, and a major music company in various antitrust matters relating to the use of music and music videos on cable television. Max represented International Business Machines Corporation in its various antitrust cases during the 1970's and 1980's.
