Mr. Shulman is a founding shareholder of Shulman Law Firm, P.A., and he specializes in negotiations, complex commercial litigation, antitrust law, civil rights law and employment law. He was one of the lead attorneys representing the Minneapolis Branch of the NAACP and Minneapolis parents in educational adequacy litigation against the State of Minnesota that recently settled and is also president of empathSherpa, LLC, a company specializing in interest-based information management systems for use in complex decision making, risk analysis and negotiations.
