Dan is a member of Gray Plant Mooty's antitrust, trial practice, and complex litigation areas. He has been chief counsel in antitrust litigation involving major industries in a variety of cases since 1970 ranging from data storage, media, food, oil and gasoline, airlines, consumer electronics, medical electronics, health care, thoroughbred horses, and many other areas. Dan is the author of A New Approach to Winning Complex Litigation (Prentice Hall 1983), and numerous articles on antitrust law and trial practice, including articles published in The Antitrust Law Journal, The Loyola University Chicago Law Journal, and The Sedona Conference Journal. He has been the chair of the Sedona Conference antitrust law program every year since its inception in 1998, and is the editor in chief of The Sedona Conference Working Group Report on Economics & Antitrust. Dan is a Fellow of The International Academy of Trial Lawyers and The American College of Trial Lawyers, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1987.
