Mr. Shpizner is Vice President and General Counsel at Fujitsu America, Inc., a global technology company that is committed to achieving leadership in the IT and e-commerce marketplace. Prior to joining Fujitsu America, Michael's legal career included a decade of practice at major national and California law firms, with an emphasis on licensing and litigation. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Corporate Counsel Association, San Francisco/Bay Area Chapter, and is Chairman of the Chapter's E-Commerce Committee, and also serves on the General Counsel Committee of the Silicon Valley Campaign for Legal Services, a non-profit organization devoted to support and advocacy of local legal service agencies.
