Mr. Schwarz focuses his practice on the litigation of antitrust, international trade, and intellectual property matters. His experience includes the defense of numerous bank merger cases, predatory pricing and conspiracy antitrust proceedings, antidumping proceedings and patent infringement matters. Mr. Schwarz represented several of the defendants in Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., et al. v. Zenith Radio Corporation, et al., 475 U.S. 574 (1986), and was also lead counsel for the plaintiffs in Laker Airways, Ltd. v. Sabena BelgianWorld Airlines, et al., and American Society of Mechanical Engineers v. Hydrolevel.
