Ron is Chairman of the Intellectual Property Litigation Department of the firm, which was named by the American Lawyer in 2003 as having the IP Litigation Department of the Year. He has extensive trial experience and has tried several patent infringement cases to verdict. His patent trial victories include the following: Fonar Corporation v General Electric ($110.5 million); St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants, Inc. v Canon ($34.7 million); and St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants, Inc. v. Sony Corp. ($25 million).
