Ron is the Chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group and a member of the Executive Board of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, where he successfully represents patent holders in multi-million dollar infringement actions involving electrical engineering and digital technologies. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. In 2008 the National Law Journal named Ron to its annual list of the Top 10 Winning Litigators in the United States. Ron is a frequent lecturer and author on topics related to litigation and trials and has appeared on the NBC Nightly News and the CBS Morning News. Recently he was appointed Chair of the Minnesota Commission on Judicial Selection by Governor Pawlenty.
