Andy is the lead partner in Scherffius, Ballard, Still & Ayres and his practice emphasizes plaintiffs' personal injury, including aviation litigation, products liability and medical malpractice. He is currently serving his second three-year term as a member of the Advisory Committee on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and is a member of the Electronic Discovery Subcommittee.
