Joe chairs the Antitrust and Intellectual Property practice group at Lieff Cabraser. He has represented clients in many significant cases over twenty years, including federal multi-district litigation. Joe has civil antitrust litigation experience in federal and state courts throughout the country involving numerous industries, including pharmaceuticals, banking, bank cards, commercial explosives, computer software and hardware, consumer electronics, energy, financial services, magnetic tape, carpets, X-ray film, the travel and transportation industry, dairy, retailing, entertainment, glass, packaging, paper products, cosmetics, and agricultural products. He is currently one of the lawyers at the firm principally responsible for the In re TFT-LCDs Antitrust Litigation, in which the firm serves as court-appointed lead counsel on behalf of a certified class of direct purchaser plaintiffs.
