Paul is a litigation partner in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. He specializes in trial work and international arbitration, primarily in the areas of antitrust, securities, intellectual property and employment discrimination. In 2003, he was appointed as a Distinguished Visiting Professor from Practice at the Georgetown University Law Center. Paul was honored as one of the country's leading practitioners in the litigation arena in Chambers USA 2008 and 2009: America's Leading Lawyers for Business. He co-chairs the New York State Judicial Institute on Professionalism in the Law and is active in various other legal organizations.
