Mr. Safley is a senior litigation partner in the Robins' firm. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust cases throughout the country for more than 30 years. He is currently involved defending the casualty insurance industry in a large number of class action antitrust cases filed in both state and federal courts.
