John is a partner with the law firm of Howrey LLP in the Antitrust and Global Litigation Practice Groups. He is an experienced practitioner in the area of electronic discovery and risk reduction strategies. John counsels a wide variety of companies on record retention programs, compliance with electronic discovery and implementing programs to reduce risk associated with the generation and retention of electronic records. John is a member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and lectures across the United States on the issues of electronic discovery and record retention programs.
