Connie focuses her practice on domestic and international antitrust matters, including counseling, agency representations and litigation. She joined the firm in 2003 after a distinguished 27-year career at the U.S. DOJ's Antitrust Division, where she held the highest career positions as Director of Operations and Director of Civil Enforcement, as well as Chief of the Communications and Finance Section and Director of the AT&T Judgment Enforcement Task Force. Connie has substantial experience analyzing mergers and handling merger investigations and cases for a wide range of regulated and unregulated industries, as well as experience with civil conduct antitrust investigations and related matters, and with criminal investigations.
