Paul has over 13 years of experience successfully handling complex commercial matters before courts, agencies and arbitral bodies at the state, federal and international level. Paul also counsels companies on the design and implementation of defensible records management systems, and he has substantial familiarity with the management, preservation and production of electronic evidence. He has spoken in the United States and overseas on litigation-related, electronic discovery and records management issues, and testified before the Judicial Conference's Advisory Committee on the proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Paul previously was a partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP in Boston, where co-founded the firm's Document Retention and E-Discovery Practice Group. Paul currently chairs the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 - Sedona International.
