John T. Ritter

John Ritter is a Vice President in Bank of America's Information Security/Business Continuity division in Charlotte, North Carolina and serves as Manager of Electronic Discovery Operations. In his current role, John manages both technical and project management teams responsible for harvesting, processing and producing electronic data in response to requests for production of documents in complex civil litigation and in regulatory matters. Additionally, John assists legal counsel in developing discovery strategies; assists with the selection and management of litigation support vendors; and assists with review management. Prior to Bank of America, John spent time as both a lawyer and a police officer. As an attorney with Crowell & Moring in Washington, D.C., John worked in the government contracts and energy groups where he focused on both litigation and regulatory matters. John also worked as a police officer for the Arlington County Police Department where he eventually became both a supervisor and the department's spokesperson.
