Kevin is Assistant Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for 3M Innovative Properties Company, where he is responsible for managing 3M's IP litigation. Prior to joining 3M in 2001, Kevin was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, where he specialized in litigation of patent infringement actions. Kevin is a registered patent attorney, and he received his undergraduate degree in chemistry.
