Ellen is of counsel to Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C. in New York City and South Orange, New Jersey and represents plaintiffs in pharmaceutical product liability and toxic tort cases. She is an elected member of the American Law Institute, a member of ATLA and a number of other professional associations, and is a former chair of the Toxic, Environmental and Pharmaceutical Torts Section of ATLA and a fellow of the Roscoe Pound Foundation. Ellen has published many articles on scientific evidence and toxic tort issues and also severs on the Board of Advisors for the BNA Product Safety and Liability Reporter, the Toxics Law Reporter, and MDEX Daubert Reporter.
