Mark is a Director of the Discovery and Regulatory Response Team (DARRT) of the Office of General Counsel, Merrill Lynch, New York. He oversees two analyst teams at Merrill Lynch that respond to a range of regulatory bodies and opposing counsel. Mark also heads the organization's Legal Hold and Collection initiatives, assists attorneys and outside counsel with tactical and technical guidance for "meet and confers" and Rule 30(b)(6) depositions, and provides guidance with respect to vendor management. Prior to joining Merrill Lunch, Mark worked for over a decade as a Director of Litigation Support for both plaintiff and defense firms on complex litigation and electronic evidence matters. Mark has been a member of The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) since 2002.
